‘The Milele’ in detail. An original concept design by TDC introduced in June 2022 by our in-house designer. The motivation behind this piece was to attempt to understand & improve the original ‘Type 1’ design that was brought about by Levi Strauss in 1880. Through implementing our own original design, we believe that our ideas will contribute to the history and future of denim. Features of the jacket include: 1. Two slanted V seam ends at the pockets. 2. Two open chest pockets. 3. Incorporation of fur material on the back right side of the jacket. 4. The separation of the yoke (upper back area of the jacket) into two separate halves. 5. Three colours – white, black and grey.
